▶ Senior Computational Toxicologist
Developing computational tools for human safety assessment through data integration and AI-powered risk analysis.
▶ Postdoctoral Fellow
Comprehensive research was conducted investigating in silico methods for assessing CRISPR CAS9 gene editing systems and developing a multi agent retrieval framework for DevTox Waivers to enhance quantitative risk assessment protocols. Extensive biological datasets were analyzed, including both single-cell and bulk RNA-sequencing data as well as whole genome sequencing information, to develop robust quantitative hazard assessment frameworks for evaluating off-target effects in gene editing applications.
▶ Graduate Research Assistant
Performed laboratory research in hepatology. Leveraging Large omics datasets to elucidate novel mechanisms of PFAS toxicity and pathways that contribute to liver biology.
Education
▶ Ph.D. in Toxicology
▶ Graduate Certificate in Data Science
▶ B.S. in Chemistry
